Megan LaFrance has extensive experience in DevOps and project management, currently serving as SVP DevOps at Cimplifi since March 2020, following roles as VP DevOps and DevOps Manager. Prior to Cimplifi, Megan worked at Myndshft as a Project Manager from September 2018 to March 2020 and held multiple project management positions at Ipro Tech from September 2004 to September 2018. At Ipro Tech, Megan was instrumental in leading client onboarding and implementation processes, as well as developing client services protocols and contributing to the SaaS solution’s operations. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network & Communications Management from DeVry University, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
