Jens U. Hansen is a seasoned management consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in digital transformation, strategy development, and business model design. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Future Associates AG since June 2005, Jens specializes in future readiness and serves as an executive advisor, coach, and board member. In addition to this role, Jens holds leadership positions at several organizations, including Shaping Tomorrow and SanderMap, where Jens U. serves as Chairman of the Board, and Telesonique SA as Entrepreneur in Residence. Jens is also a Limited Partner at Nordic Eye and Cimbria Capital, focusing on private equity investments. As a cofounder of Supertrends and the Supertrends Institute, Jens is committed to advancing futures thinking in organizations. Academic contributions include lecturing at Boston University Questrom School of Business and the University of Zurich. Jens holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a Master of Science in Systems Science and Theory from the Technical University of Denmark.
