Jim Gledhill is a seasoned professional in sales and marketing, currently serving as the VP of Business/Product Development and Barite Product Line Manager at Cimbar Performance Minerals, Inc. since June 1999, where responsibilities include expanding the industrial barite business and managing new product development. Prior experience includes roles as VP of Sales & Marketing overseeing multiple production facilities at Cimbar and General Sales Manager at Best Sand. Jim has also held leadership positions in sales and marketing at Kentucky Tennessee Clay Company, Kline & Company, Unimin Corporation, and Martin Marietta Aggregates. Jim Gledhill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Maryland and has furthered education with audited marketing courses at Montgomery Junior College.
