Philip Weber is an accomplished senior project manager and associate partner at CIMA+ since June 2017, with extensive experience in transportation engineering. Prior to this role, Philip served as service group manager for roundabouts at GHD from January 2013 to June 2017, following GHD's acquisition of The Sernas Group. Philip also held the position of senior project manager at Ourston Roundabout Engineering, a member of The Sernas Group, from June 2003 to December 2012. Earlier in the career, Philip worked as a transportation engineer for the City of Vaughan from January 2000 to June 2003. Philip holds a master's degree in Civil (Transportation) Engineering from Carleton University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
