Magalie Cadieux-Laurin, CRHA, currently serves as a senior business partner in training and organizational development at CIMA+ since March 2018, having previously held senior HR-related roles within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of HR at Adfast and holding various HR positions at Ropack, Veolia Services Industriels, Pratt & Whitney Canada, and NGPP from 2007 to 2017. Magalie is pursuing a Certification in Organizational Development at HEC Montréal, expected to be completed in May 2024, and is also engaged in coaching and management studies at Mobius since 2022, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in HR management from UQAM.
