Sara Lasserre is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Responsable des ressources humaines and Coordinatrice RH et SIRH at 3C Metal since January 2021, Sara has previously contributed to Groupe Scopelec as Chargée RH Multi Sites, where responsibilities included managing recruitment plans and training initiatives. At Mondelēz International, Sara held the role of Responsable de projets RH, leading employee engagement surveys, organizational audits, and recruitment campaigns, alongside efforts to reduce absenteeism and enhance onboarding processes. Prior to that, Sara worked as Spécialiste Relations Sociales at Orange, supporting organizational change and contributing to social strategy implementation. Earlier experience includes a legal internship focused on social law at ArianeGroup. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from IAE France and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Université de Bordeaux.
