Alicia Garner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2007, they began their career as a Receptionist at The Walt Disney Company and worked there until 2010. Alicia then moved on to Janus Henderson Investors U.S., starting as a Receptionist and later transitioning to roles as a PA & Team Assistant, and EA & HR Assistant. Alicia worked at the company from 2010 to 2015.
In 2015, Garner joined Grosvenor Group as a PA to the HR Director, Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, and stayed in this role until 2016. Alicia then joined Bain & Company in 2017 as a Manager Assistant and was later promoted to an Executive Assistant (Float), where they maintained this position until 2019.
Currently, Garner is working at CIM, starting in 2019 as an EA & Office Manager. From September 2019 to October 2021, they served as the Chief of Staff, and they are currently holding the position of Head of People Operations since October 2021.
Alicia Garner completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at UNSW from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended St Peter's Catholic College from 1997 to 2002, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
