Charlotte Marty has a diverse work experience background. Charlotte most recently worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager at CILAS starting in October 2021. Previously, they worked as a Sales Developer at CAMAS from August 2020 to October 2021. Charlotte also served as a Business Developer at DIGINEXT from February 2019 to December 2019. In 2018, they had an internship as a Marketing of mechanisms and solar arrays intern at Thales alenia Space from March to September. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Project Manager at Non Stop Media in 2016 and as a Marketing Assistant at Action Distribution from May to August in the same year.

Charlotte Marty attended Ecole supérieure Billières from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a BTEC NHD in International trade. Charlotte then went on to study at Toulouse School of Management from 2014 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Marketing. From 2015 to 2017, Charlotte pursued their Marketing Master's degree at Toulouse School of Management. Charlotte 'seducation continued with an Msc International Business at Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE from 2017 to 2018. In November 2018, they obtained a certification as "Conseiller du commerce extérieur de la France" from the Comité national des conseillers du Commerce Extérieur de la France.
