Jeffrey Zubkoff serves as a Systems Readiness Project Manager at Cigna since August 2013, overseeing the management of Cigna’s Medium and Small vision, myCigna, and Cigna for HealthCare portals within the Global Content Management Systems (GCMS) team. With a strong focus on delivering superior value and leadership in an agile environment, Jeffrey analyzes and gathers portfolio, business, and client requirements. Prior to Cigna, Jeffrey Zubkoff held various roles at IBM from October 1998 to July 2013, including Business Analyst/Marketing application support lead, where responsibilities included managing requirement creation, testing, deployment, application compliance, multi-lingual HTML coding, and process documentation. Educational qualifications include a Dale Carnegie Professional Development Leadership Experience from October to November 2022, an Associate's degree in Retail Management from Villa Maria College, and Network+ certification from Lanop, Milford CT.
