Ari Gutman, MD, MBA, currently serves as a Medical Principal at Cigna since May 2020. With extensive experience in dermatology, Ari has worked on medical malpractice cases as an expert witness since 2014 and held positions at Penn Medicine in the Department of Dermatology from 2009 to May 2020 as a Clinical Associate and at the Pennsylvania Centre for Dermatology as a Dermatologist from 2008 to 2020. Additionally, Ari has offered freelance dermatology consulting services focusing on therapies, product planning, and development. Significant research contributions include serving as Principal Investigator for studies evaluating the long-term efficacy of Absorica® at Sun Pharma and Ranbaxy. Educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
