Julien DESCAMPS has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as Responsable du service Ressources Humaines at CIG de la Grande Couronne since May 2014. Julien's responsibilities include recruitment, training, evaluation, career management, payroll, and health-related matters. Additionally, since January 2019, Julien has also been a Formateur at the Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale (CNFPT). Prior to these roles, Julien worked at the Ville de Saint-Germain-en-Laye from August 2011 to April 2014, holding various positions in career management and handling specific files.
