Ashley Michalski currently serves as the Inclusion Department Head at Vail School District, a role held since April 2022. Previously, Ashley was the President of the Beta Delta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity from November 2020 to December 2021 and worked as a Teaching Assistant at Montessori Children's Garden from February 2017 to August 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Special Education and Teaching obtained from the University of Arizona in May 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, completed in May 2022.
