Peter B. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and software industries, currently serving as the VP Head of Pre-Sales Blue Planet - Global at Ciena since November 2017. In this role, Peter B. leads a global pre-sales team focused on enhancing customer relationships and facilitating their transformation through intelligent automation solutions. Previous positions at Ciena include VP Head of Portfolio Architecture and VP Software for the Americas & EMEA. Prior to Ciena, Peter B. held key roles at Ericsson, where oversight of operational support systems for AT&T generated approximately $100M in annual revenue, and co-founded TopicLogic, now Publisher Discovery.
