Parameswaran Duraisamy is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project leadership and application development. Currently serving as Lead of IT Applications at Ciena since January 2020, Parameswaran has held key positions at Capgemini and IGATE, where roles included Project Lead and Technical Lead. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Project Lead at Mani India Technologies and a Senior System Analyst, focusing on web application development and database design. Parameswaran holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai and an MBA in Project Management from Alagappa University.
