Graeme Innes is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, change management, and marketing across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Director of Internal Communications at Ciena since January 2019, Graeme previously held the position of Head of Communications and Change Management at Innovapost from April 2018 to December 2018, and spent nearly a decade with Innovapost in various communication roles, including Director of Communications. Prior to that, Graeme contributed as a Senior Marketing Manager at CounterPath Corporation and NewHeights Software, where responsibilities encompassed product marketing, strategic planning, and corporate identity management. Graeme holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Victoria.
