Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical and firmware engineer with a strong background in collaborative technology solutions. At SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris has contributed to the development of hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices. Previously, roles included electronics design for educational devices at Science Alberta Foundation, teaching assistance at the University of Calgary, and electronics engineering for control systems in the forestry industry at Grindcom. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
