Sharon Kloc serves as the Global Vice President for Strategic Accounts and Client Services in the Life Sciences Sector at Cielo Talent, having held various leadership roles since January 2020. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Sharon previously worked at IBM from June 2010 to January 2020, where achievements included launching global talent acquisition operations for significant partnerships and developing strategic recruitment methodologies. Prior positions include Senior Managing Director at Claddagh Resources, where responsibilities encompassed full P&L accountability and client management within multiple industries, and Executive Recruiter at Cameo Personnel Systems, focusing on building client relationships and managing the hiring lifecycle. Sharon holds a degree from Rutgers University.
