Oksana Tsionel has been working in the IT industry since 2000. Oksana started their career at Fruiterra as a Programmer in the IT and financial departments, where they administered Windows NT 4.0 and Server 2003, as well as Unix Free BSD 3.3 and Oracle 7. In 2006, they moved to Zelena Hvilya as a Developer, where they developed software for the network of clinics to issue medical certificates for drivers. In 2012, they joined TComTech as a Developer and implemented MS Dynamics AX 2009 for Zeus Ceramics. Oksana then moved to NOVUS as a DBA in 2013, where they were responsible for Oracle and MySQL database availability and performance for over 30 supermarkets. In 2015, they joined Celenia as an AX SDE/DBA. In 2016, they moved to Ciellos as a D365 Senior Solution Developer, where they guided and advised customers and partners in business systems change and the infrastructure that supports. Finally, in 2017, they joined Red Maple as a D365 Senior Solution Developer, where they supported implementations of ISV to D365FO, AX2012 RTM-R3CU13, 2009, and developed and supported various credit card functionalities.

Oksana Tsionel obtained a specialist degree in Information Management Systems from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture between 1990 and 1995. Oksana also holds several certifications from Microsoft, including MS: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 CU8 Development Introduction (obtained in May 2015), MBSS: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Development Introduction (obtained in May 2013), MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional (obtained in May 2013), and MS: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Development Introduction (obtained in May 2013). Additionally, they have obtained Exam 461: Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 from Microsoft and a verified certificate for Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI from edX.
