Melanie Seamans is an experienced leader in the senior living and healthcare industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Sales at Ciel Senior Living since January 2025. Previously, Melanie held the position of Vice President of Operations at MorningStar Senior Living from February 2017 to December 2024 and was Executive Director at Generations at Agritopia from November 2013 to February 2017. Additional roles include Executive Director at Fountain View Village under Senior Lifestyle Corporation and Director of Operations at Kindred Healthcare, where oversight included several skilled nursing centers across three states.
