Pradeep B V serves as the R&D Manager at Ciel & Terre International since February 2021, overseeing the India R&D team in areas such as concept inception, product design, new product development, and mentoring. Prior to this role, Pradeep was a Project Manager at L&T from May 2011 to February 2021, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional teams, client interaction, project planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance, along with co-authoring two patents. Experience also includes a role as a Senior Design Engineer at HCL Enterprise from December 2006 to April 2011, focusing on camera module design and client coordination, and as an Assistant Manager at BPL Limited from October 2005 to November 2006, where Pradeep contributed to design and tooling efforts. Pradeep holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology, graduated in 2003.
