Mitzi Penieres is an accomplished human resources specialist with extensive experience in recruitment, talent attraction, and organizational development. Currently serving as Especialista en recursos humanos at CIE since June 2016, Mitzi oversees the recruitment process for various levels within the group and implements strategies for talent attraction, including onboarding and psychometric evaluations. Prior experience includes roles at El Palacio de Hierro, where Mitzi focused on recruitment and training for operational and key positions, managed a workforce of approximately 640 people, and organized employee recognition events. Mitzi holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Latinoamericana.
