Kęstutis Mikelėnas is an experienced Agile and Teams Coach, currently serving at CID since January 2008, where responsibilities include coaching teams to achieve their goals while fostering individual and collective improvements. In addition to this role, Kęstutis Mikelėnas has been a Lead Web Developer with Agile Coach Lithuania since February 2021 and an Agile Coach with Agile Lietuva since January 2020, also volunteering to organize Agile events such as monthly meetups and Agile Day Kaunas. Prior experience includes a position as Lead Developer at DMC from March 2007 to January 2008 and as a Software Developer at Kaunas University of Technology from 2005 to 2007. Kęstutis Mikelėnas holds a degree from Kaunas University of Technology, obtained in 2008.
