Meisha Rainman has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Meisha is currently working as the Chief Impact Officer at CicLAvia, where they lead a team to advocate, educate, and bring about change for the LA region through car-free street events. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Development at CicLAvia.

Before joining CicLAvia, Meisha worked at The Unusual Suspects Theatre Company as the Development Director. In this position, they provided leadership for fundraising and communications strategies, increased the organization's visibility and fundraising efforts, and built relationships with funders and potential donors. Meisha also played a crucial role in developing the capacity of the board to achieve ambitious development goals.

At Kohner Agency and The Gersh Agency, Meisha served as a Talent Agent, representing actors for film and television and negotiating employment contracts. Meisha also handled media requests, analyzed potential projects, and supervised staff.
