Michael Jensen

Michael is a Principal with Cicero Group, specializing in sales and marketing, change management, and integration initiatives. He excels at client relations and has a proven ability to analyze strategies and adapt new initiatives for improved results. He is a natural leader and problem solver with a unique ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.

Since joining Cicero, Michael has led multiple sales and marketing analytics studies for multi-national corporations in such industries as life sciences, direct marketing, high-tech, industrial, and e-commerce. Recent projects include sales transformation and change management consulting engagement for a Fortune 500 industrials conglomerate, large scale post-merger integration for a multi-billion life sciences firm, and strategic restructure of professional service offerings to top tier customers in the tech industry.

Prior to joining Cicero Group, Michael worked for nearly a decade in the direct marketing industry. There he gained an expertise in developing and refining direct to consumer marketing and operational based strategies. He became an industry expert in product ideation-to-market best practices. Michael co-founded Laurus Products, a privately held investment firm that provided licensing opportunities as a platform for inventors to take products to market. He also spent time in the leadership development industry where he transformed traditional analytics and reporting processes, and developed segmentation and lead nurturing initiatives.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Utah and a master’s degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. He currently sits as a Board Member for Northwestern University’s Predictive Analytics Advisory Board.
