Juan Andres Ormaechea has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Juan Andres began their career as a Project Manager Assistant at WorleyParsons in 2012, where they were involved in the design and structure of a combined cycle power plant. Juan Andres also worked on revising professional drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, as well as developing reports for the client.

In 2013, Juan worked as an Intern Consultant at Labor Guru, collaborating on projects with well-known fast food companies. Their responsibilities included improving cost reduction, labor scheduling solutions, and process efficiency. Juan Andres also evaluated the effectiveness of new methods implemented in restaurants.

Juan joined Morgan Stanley in 2014 as a Summer Analyst and later returned in 2015 for a role in Wealth Management. In 2016, they transitioned to Business Management and then to Investment Banking in Debt Capital Markets in 2017. From 2020 to 2021, they worked in International Banking and Lending at Morgan Stanley.

In 2021, Juan joined Jobandtalent as a Strategy and Growth Manager, contributing to the company's strategic development and growth. Currently, they are employed at Cicada Technologies Inc. Since December 2022, they have been serving as a Product Manager and later became the Chief of Staff.

Juan Andres Ormaechea obtained their Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami, where they pursued a BS/Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they acquired the Series 79, Series 7, Series 66 (63 & 65) certifications from the FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in August 2017. Furthermore, they successfully passed Level I of the CFA Program on their first attempt in June 2016, as certified by the CFA Institute.
