Nieves Embade is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at CIC bioGUNE since March 2006, Embade previously held a postdoctoral researcher position at the University of California, Los Angeles from October 2001 to October 2005. Embade obtained a Doctorate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid between 1992 and 1997, after completing a Licenciatura in Biology at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea from 1984 to 1989.
