Alex Ovalle is an experienced recruiter specializing in IT and digital marketing talent acquisition. Currently working at Ciberspring since June 2020, Alex is responsible for headhunting and strategic recruitment across the US and Costa Rica. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Lead Recruiter at Palo Alto Networks, where responsibilities spanned multiple projects and locations, and as Global Recruiting Manager at OnPoint, focusing on improving recruitment processes for various regions. Alex’s extensive background also includes over a decade at Intertec International, overseeing recruitment across healthcare and IT sectors, and early experience as a Project Coordinator in architecture design. Alex holds a Licentiate degree in Architecture from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
