Prior to these roles, Roshini served as the HR & Training Manager at Al Dhahab Management Consultancy & Studies, and as a Professional Career Ladder Officer at TAKREER - Abudhabi Oil Refining Co. With a background in HR Management, Competence Framework, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and more, Roshini has a strong foundation in strategic management and financial analysis. Roshini holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the University of Strathclyde.
