Heather Kaine is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and auditing, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Auditor at CIBC since September 2014. Kaine has held several senior roles within CIBC, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Wealth Management. In addition to the CIBC role, Kaine is a Finance and Audit Committee Member at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and served as a Board Member for the Canadian Down Syndrome Society from 2008 to 2015. Prior to CIBC, Kaine was a partner at KPMG Canada, where a decade was spent leading the Financial Services Audit practice. Kaine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, earned between 1986 and 1992.
