Jefferson Bastos has an extensive background in equipment operation and industrial processes, currently working as an Operator of Equipment in extraction and treatment at Cia. Cacique de Café Solúvel since May 2021, following roles as an Equipment Operator and Operational Assistant at Brametal S/A from April 2017 to October 2020, and as a granite polisher at Imetame Granitos Ltda. from June 2007 to January 2015. Jefferson is pursuing a postgraduate degree in international trade and business management at Anhanguera Educacional, expected to complete in November 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Faceli- Faculdade de Ensino Superior de Linhares, attained in 2022. Jefferson also possesses a technical degree in Environmental Technology obtained from Emir de Macedo Gomes between 2007 and 2009.
