Melissa Finley is a seasoned interior designer with extensive experience in commercial interior design, currently serving as a Senior Interior Designer at CI Select since May 2022. With a strong background that includes leadership roles as Director of Interior Design and Senior Interior Designer at New Paradigm Interiors, Inc. from September 2005 to July 2022, Melissa specializes in planning, layouts, and full-service design for various sectors, including offices, healthcare, and education. Known for their expertise in developing floor plans and color schemes, Melissa has a deep knowledge of Herman Miller and a passion for JSI furniture. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Southeast Missouri State University, supplemented by studies at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and St. Charles Community College. Additional early career experiences include roles in customer service and as a showroom attendant, providing a well-rounded skill set in client engagement and project management.
