Lorena Cohan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and international development consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Coaching Programs Coordinator and Executive Coach at CI International, Inc., and a Leadership Development Specialist for the Young Professionals Program at The World Bank, Cohan also founded Two Worlds Coaching and Consulting, LLC, which focuses on leadership coaching and training for professionals in the public and nonprofit sectors in the US and Latin America. With a strong background in violence prevention, youth development, and social development, Cohan has held various roles at the World Bank, including Social Development Specialist and Urban Violence Prevention Specialist, and has expertise in conducting capacity-building initiatives and technical assistance for governmental and non-profit organizations. Cohan's academic credentials include an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University.
