Nelson Guzman, MBA, MS, is an experienced manufacturing and operations manager with a diverse background in various industries. Prior experience includes directing product innovation and supplier manufacturing technologies at The Matworks, where several million in sales were generated in 2021. Guzman's extensive tenure at REHAU spanned over 25 years, holding multiple roles such as Operations & Production Manager for the Asia Pacific region, Plant Manager in Santiago de Chile, and Extrusion Process Manager for North America Operations, with a notable track record in automotive production.
