Norma A. Gonzalez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, food safety, and product development within the food industry. Currently serving as the International Quality Assurance Manager at Church's Texas Chicken since January 2019, Norma leads initiatives across Latin America, Canada, and the Caribbean. Previous roles include AIB Baking Instructor, Food & Beverage Consultant at NAG Consulting Services, and Food Innovation & Technology Manager for Yum! Brands, where Norma was instrumental in R&D and operational support. Norma also has a strong background with McDonald's Corporation, Dawn Food Products, ORBIS Organization, and PepsiCo, focusing on quality management and new product development. Education includes a Master's degree in Grain Science & Industry from Kansas State University and a degree in Chemist-Pharmaco-Biologist in Food Science and Technology from Universidad La Salle, A.C.
