Craig Prusher serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Cajun Operating Company, d/b/a Church's Chicken, overseeing all legal matters for a global restaurant business that includes 1,700 franchised and company-operated locations across 24 countries. Previously, Prusher held the position of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Burger King Corporation, managing franchising and real estate legal issues for over 8,000 restaurants in North America and handling State and Federal Government Relations matters. Additionally, Prusher has experience as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Emory University School of Law. Prusher earned a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in International Relations, magna cum laude, from Boston University.
