Annie Waring is an experienced finance professional specializing in real estate with a strong background in underwriting and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter for Multifamily Debt at Churchill Stateside Group since October 2022, Annie's prior roles include Senior Analyst of Real Estate Development at AvantStay and Analyst at Jamestown. Additional experience includes Portfolio Manager for Commercial Real Estate at Howard Bank, Underwriter II at PNC, and Underwriting Associate and Credit Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
