David Barbalace is an experienced civil engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. Currently serving as the Client Services Manager at Churchill Consulting Engineers since January 2017, David oversees client projects in planning, design, surveying, permitting, and construction management across various civil and environmental initiatives. Prior to this role, David worked as a Project Manager at IH Engineers, PC from October 2013 to December 2016, and accumulated extensive experience as a Supervising Engineer at the New Jersey Department of Transportation from June 1986 to September 2013.
