Chipasha Kashoki MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in account and benefits management within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Domestic Account Management at Church Pension Group since 2016, Chipasha has played a key role in developing sales strategies and managing client relationships across employee benefits, insurance, and pension services. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Analyst and Benefits Manager at the Protestant Episcopal Cathedral Foundation, where oversight of retirement and health benefits for a diverse workforce was a primary responsibility. Earlier experience includes roles at the Spanish Action League and the City of New York Parks and Recreation, focusing on community engagement and program analysis. Chipasha holds an MBA in Global Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University and a BA in Economics from Colgate University, supplemented by a rigorous International Baccalaureate education.
