Matthew Moore is a versatile professional with extensive experience in both religious and academic settings. Currently serving as Priest Associate at the Church of the Nativity since April 2022, Matthew also holds a long-standing position as Professor of Philosophy at Brooklyn College since 2011. In addition to teaching, Matthew has taken on various administrative roles at Brooklyn College, including Associate Provost for Faculty and Administration and Acting Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences. Matthew earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Philosophy from the University of Illinois Chicago between 1994 and 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained from 1978 to 1981.
