Frank Babula currently serves as Director of Operations Finance at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this role, Frank held various positions at Henkel, including Finance Director for Product Supply in North America Beauty and Laundry, where oversight of four manufacturing plants was a key responsibility. Frank also served as Plant Controller and Regional Plant Controller, managing the financial aspects of two manufacturing facilities located in West Hazleton, PA, and St. Louis, MO. Frank holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wilkes University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
