Christine Savoca is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly within the consumer packaged goods and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Commercial Counsel at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. since June 2013, Christine supports global operations and handles the drafting, review, and negotiation of various commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with SEC regulations. Prior roles include Of Counsel at Stevens & Lee, P.C., where responsibilities encompassed SEC compliance and corporate governance for diverse entities, as well as corporate law positions at Smith, Stratton, May; Archer & Greiner; and Mason, Briody, Gallagher & Taylor, which provided a robust foundation in corporate compliance and licensing agreements. Christine holds a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Bucknell University.
