Heather Palacios is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and creative roles. As the founder of Wondherful, Inc since May 2007, Heather has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills while also contributing creatively to Church by the Glades since April 2011. Previously, Heather served as a pastor at Flamingo Road Church from 2000 to 2010, where responsibilities included innovating and executing weekend services. Early career experience includes a managerial role on a merger team at First Chicago Bank from 1994 to 1997, aiding in the transition of banking operations. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Judson University, completed in 1995.
