Tripp Atkinson serves as the NextGen Pastor at Church at The Mill since December 2021. With a diverse background in ministry and education, Tripp has been a motivational speaker for athletic programs, schools, and various events since 1997, focusing on character development and leadership. Tripp is the founder of the Haiti Orphan Foundation, dedicated to nurturing young leaders in Haiti through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Previous roles include Associate Pastor and Student Pastor at Sugar Hill Church, and Student Minister at First Baptist Church of Columbia. Tripp has a Doctor of Education in Christian Leadership and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Liberty University Baptist Theological Seminary, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Gardner-Webb University.
