Ken Fisher serves as the Executive Pastor at Church at The Mill since August 2016, where the mission revolves around fostering spiritual growth through worship, discipleship, service, and missions. Previously, Ken held the role of President/Executive Director at the Ten Gates Foundation from August 2015 to August 2016, focusing on promoting Christian higher education in South Central Texas. Ken is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, obtaining a Master of Arts in Leadership from 2013 to 2015, and possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Howard Payne University, earned between 1981 and 1985. Ken's extensive career in operations management includes significant roles at CVS Health, Capital One, Digital Lighthouse Corporation, Citi, and Fidelity Investments, where a strong emphasis was placed on improving organizational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and customer service.
