Matt Baty, MBA, is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in technology delivery and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Chubb since July 2019, Matt oversees IT project delivery for Europe, Eurasia, and Africa, being part of the regional and global IT executive teams. Previously, Matt held key leadership roles at LV=, where responsibilities included managing IT services supporting the General Insurance strategy and leading significant change delivery initiatives. Over a career spanning nearly three decades, Matt has also held positions at Accenture and RSA, excelling in project management and strategic implementations that drive operational efficiencies and deliver multimillion-pound benefits. Matt's academic qualifications include an MBA, a Professional Diploma in Management, and a BA in Accounting with Computing from well-regarded institutions.
