Harish Kumar Prabhakaradas is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in fintech and software development, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Chubb since October 2024. Previously, Harish held the position of VP Engineering at Fave from October 2021 to September 2024, where leadership of a 60-member engineering team drove innovative product creation and achieved notable financial growth. Harish's career also includes significant roles at Razer Fintech, Azendian Solutions, BT, and Motorola Solutions, encompassing team management, architecture planning, and the implementation of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Harish holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computing from the University of Staffordshire and a Diploma in Information Technology and Computing from Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation.
