Ellen Schram currently serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Transformation at Chubb, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, extensive experience at Allstate spanned over a decade, during which Ellen held various positions including Director of Strategic Enablement & Analytics, Senior Claims Manager, and Associate Manager of Distribution Strategy, among others, all part of a structured Leadership Development Program. Earlier experience includes a marketing and promotions internship at ESPN Radio in 2012. Ellen Schram earned a degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 2013.
