Bianca De Paolis is an accomplished compliance professional with significant experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as the SVP and Chief Compliance Officer for North America at Chubb, Bianca has previously held the positions of Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Canada within the same company. Prior to Chubb, Bianca worked at Stewart Title as Assistant Vice President of Claims & Compliance. Bianca's educational background includes a degree from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and further studies at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
