Stéphane Schneider is a seasoned academic and clinical expert in nutrition, currently serving as a Professor of Nutrition at Université Côte d'Azur since September 2000 and as a Professor of Nutrition and Attending Gastroenterologist at Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Nice since September 2008. In addition, Stéphane Schneider holds leadership roles including Président de la sous-section 44.04 (Nutrition) at the Conseil National des Universités and Treasurer of ESPEN. Stéphane Schneider also serves as Vice President of SFNEP and President of the Nutrition and Cancer expert group at Réseau de Cancérologie OncoPaca-Corse. With notable engagement in various health committees and organizations, including a role on the digital board of Gut Microbiota for Health, Stéphane Schneider has a strong foundation in both practical and theoretical aspects of nutrition, supported by degrees in Medicine, Nutrition, and a specialized training program from Harvard Medical School.
