Marc van Treel is an experienced Chief Information Officer currently serving at CHU Brugmann and Hôpital Universitaire Des Enfants Reine Fabiola since October 2019, as well as CHU Bruxelles - UZC Brussel since June 2017. Prior to these roles, Marc held various leadership positions at AXA from July 2006 to May 2017, focusing on business and IT program management, vendor management, and HR. Marc's earlier career includes significant contributions at Mobistar from April 1998 to July 2006, where responsibilities ranged from ICT program management to head of various units focused on customer relationship and ERP systems. Initial experience includes roles at kraft Jacobs Suchard and Data General as a project leader and accountant, respectively. Marc holds an accounting degree from CCB - EPHEC and foundational education from Athénee Royale Koekelberg.
